Bhujangasana

Cobra pose stimulates the kidneys and helps improve blood circulation in the lower back area.

Dhanurasana

This pose stretches and strengthens the abdominal muscles and massages the kidneys, promoting detoxification.

Pavanamuktasana 

By compressing the abdomen, this pose aids digestion and supports kidney function.

Ardha Matsyendrasana 

Twisting poses like this one help massage the internal organs, including the kidneys, and improve their function.
