Consider a challenge that tests you not just physically, but also psychologically and emotionally. That is precisely the point of the 75 Hard Challenge. Fitness fanatics and content creator  from Maharashtra, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh are also taking part in the #75Hard challenge. 

Creators such as Ankit Singh Baiyanpuria have played an important part in popularising the challenge in rural India, with videos garnering over 100 million views demonstrating how people may exercise with little equipment.

What exactly is the 75 Hard Challenge?

This challenge, created by Andy Frisella, is a 75-day commitment to self-improvement. Follow a rigorous diet, exercise twice a day for 45 minutes each, drink a gallon or 4 litres of water, study 10 pages of a personal development book, and take a progress picture every day. There will be no excuses or shortcuts.

You Will Be On A Transformational Journey 

The physical side of the challenge is undeniably difficult. It’s a test of consistency, from those early morning workouts to sticking to a clean and balanced diet. However, as the days pass, you will begin to feel stronger, more energetic, and pleased with your success. Whether it’s losing weight or increasing muscle, the results will be noticeable.

A Challenge That Tests Mental Resilience

The 75 Hard Challenge, on the other hand, is about more than just being in shape. It is also about establishing mental toughness. Cons To Consider

First, dramatic, short-term lifestyle changes are difficult to maintain, so it’s possible that after 75 days—if you even make it that far—you’ll be tempted to revert to your old habits. Many people also find it challenging to modify multiple habits at once and fare better by focusing on one.

The demanding nature of the challenge can also make it infeasible, such as beginning over after an incomplete day. When considering real life, this is a rigid, unreasonable expectation. According to a 2019 study published in the American Journal of Lifestyle Medicine on habit formation, not practising the behaviour for one day did not distract study participants to make a new behaviour or habit.

It may also lead to water poisoning. Recently, according to a media report, a Canadian tiktoker was hospitalised for water poisoning after drinking 4 litres of water everyday.
