Study Finds Why Even Weekend Catch-up Sleep May Not Be Enough

In our fast-paced world, sleep often takes a back seat to our busy schedules. Many of us find ourselves sacrificing precious hours of rest to meet work, social, or personal demands. As a result, we might think that catching up on sleep over the weekend or managing with just six hours a night is sufficient. However, recent research suggests otherwise.
