Dealing with dandruff can be an itchy and frustrating experience. Those pesky flakes and persistent itch can disrupt your peace of mind and confidence. While over-the-counter products are available, there are several natural and cost-effective home remedies that can provide relief and help you regain control over your scalp health.

Tea Tree Oil Magic

Tea tree oil is renowned for its antifungal and antibacterial properties, making it a potent ally against dandruff. Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil, and gently massage it into your scalp. Leave it on for about 30 minutes before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Regular use can help reduce itchiness and flakes.

Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse

Apple cider vinegar can help restore the pH balance of your scalp and combat dandruff. Mix equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water and use it as a final rinse after shampooing. Be sure to avoid getting it in your eyes, and the smell will dissipate once your hair dries.
